Register for Alcon
If you wish to attend Alcon 2010, please register using the form below. The basic cost for registration is £29 for all days, which includes entrance to the convention but does not include accommodation. Standard campus accommodation is available at £24 per night and can be chosen below. The deadline for payment is September Sunday 5th.

17 year olds or younger are not allowed to attend.18 or overs only - You must be over the age of 18 by 9th September 2010 to attend Alcon. If you will be under this age, you will NOT be allowed to attend even if a parent comes with you. We apologise for this, it is necessary to enforce this due to insurance reasons.

By registering for Alcon, you agree to the following terms, conditions and privacy statement:

Terms and Conditions

  1. You are either 18 or over the age of 18 in order to attend the event.
  2. You recognize that you will need a officially recognized form of identification which include:
    1. A valid and in date passport
    2. A full or provisional photo driving licence
    3. A Prove It card
    4. CitizenCard
    5. Connexions card
    6. Validate UK card
    7. Young Scot card - the latest version with the PASS hologram only
    8. Armed Forces photo identity card
    9. EU National Identity card
  3. You recognize that the committee have the right to refuse entry to any member who registers who has appeared on a banned list from any other UK anime convention and have the power to remove any member from the convention at their own discretion.
  4. You recognize that with regards to floor cosplay weapons the committee have the final say and can remove it from you and placed in ops where it can be picked up for Masqurade use only and when you leave the convention.
  5. You agree to abide by the rules for the convention surrounding members laid down by the Alcon Committee.
  6. You agree that you have a limited right to cancel or amend your registration as defined here - If you wish to cancel your any aspect of your registration including accommodation, we will offer a refund minus a £5 administration fee on entry and a further £5 administration fee if you also have accommodation when the refund is conducted before July 31st. Thereafter, any refund will not be guaranteed and will be subject to the Alcon committee's discretion. Any amendments, changes or additions are also fully subject to the committee's decision.

Alcon will only collect and use the information submitted by you via this website for the purposes of running Alcon 2010. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your consent.
